Sept. 11 Poems |
I wrote these poems to remember those who died on september 11, 2001 in the United States of America (United We Stand)... people are contributing in many ways and this is one of them, who said poetry is not a good way to help? We will show people around the world, What USA is all about and what its made of (not just bricks, glass, & metal... but hearts and souls or diversity).

"The World Trade Center"
I can remember each and every 911 call, Not forgetting how the buildings came down from wall to wall, I saw the world trade center buildings fall, But in my own mind - they still stand tall,
We will always be strong, As for one thing, we will prove them wrong, Just wait and see cuz it ain't gonna be long.
I write of poems and this will be another story, This one will be added to my book for it will help not to worry.

"New York City"
New York City is "The Empire State", Where everybody got fate, As you know, JFK airport is its most famous gate.
We will stand as one, And The Empire State will be here forever and never be gone, Someday all the haters will leave us alone
We'll let y'all know all New Yorkers (Including myself) are strong, Their power will be powerful just like a song.
